DBDM: Behavior in Action
- What are the important school climate, behavioral and academic outcomes you want to achieve for your students?
- Do you currently monitor data related to each of these outcomes? If not, what data can you easily collect that will mark progress toward these outcomes
- Does your school have a standard protocol for making data-based decisions? If no, explore options. If yes, does it address each of the four essential functions?
- Do collaborative teams (District Leadership Team, Building Leadership Team and grade or content alike collaborative teams) regularly meet to examine data and make decisions based on interpretations of this data?
Based on how you answered the questions, complete an action plan to begin DBDM at your school.
