CWIS Details
- The Collaborative Work for Missouri Model Districts survey should take about 8 minutes.
- The survey is anonymous.
- The survey was developed to be accessible to all district staff including, classroom and special educators, other school instructional staff, school administrative staff, and district administrators.
- The purpose of the survey is to give educators a chance to self-reflect on their own practices, and those of others in their building around educational practices that are key to the MMD framework.
- Another purpose of the survey is to allow project administrators an annual opportunity to collect standardized data across all active buildings on current practices and procedures.
- The survey is different from the Self-Assessment Practice Profile which is another tool that educators and administrators can use to gather data about key practices and procedures. The SAPP is available all year at sapp.missouripd.org, and on-demand, and can be taken a la carte, with educators or administrators prioritizing certain sections based on local need.
