Task 1: Identify the module that is the focus of Part 2.
Task 2: Identify a setting (secondary, elementary, etc.) and explain how that setting relates to your selected module.
Task 3: Identify a type of team (content-level, grade-level, match department, leadership team, etc.) and how it relates to your selected module and setting.

Task 4. During both training and coaching, explain how the practice profile is used to identify the team’s strengths and needs, and clearly identify the strengths and needs of your selected setting and team. Include a real-world example of identified strengths and needs.
Task 5: Describe how a coach and trainer would use the practice profile to guide next steps for your selected setting and time. Include a real-world example of working collaboratively with the team to identify next steps, building on the identified strengths and needs.
Task 6: Describe the specific roles of the building leader, teachers, coach, and trainer when using the practice profile. Include a real-world example.
