The Self-Determination Module along with this training package make up the Transition Academy. This module has been designed to help participants understand the focus of Indicator 13 and how it relates to: measurable postsecondary goals, present levels of academic and functional performance, transition assessment, transition services, course of study, transition IEPs, notice of meeting, and interagency linkages.
